In addition to our Monday through Friday cafe offerings, Mosaic Cafe and Catering specializes in catering groups large and small, formal and informal, boxed lunches and wedding receptions. Chef Pat Long strives to create dishes that excite his clients and help families slow down and enjoy the moment. His cafe team is made up of Shelley, Kelly, Clarissa, Donna and Sarah.
