Our Story
Based in Washington, Missouri, Mosaic Cafe and Catering (previously Cafe Mosaic) provides high-quality corporate and event catering. The cafe and catering services have been owned and operated for over 15 years under Head Chef Patrick Long, providing mouth-watering dishes for over 1,500 events. Chef Pat Long started his culinary journey when he was 19 years old. He strives to make every customer experience a memorable one. He is married to Gretchen and has four daughters that love helping him at home in the kitchen. He looks forward to seeing you at the cafe or at your next special event.
