Owner and Executive Chef Pat Long has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. He became owner in 2007 and works with many of the same staff. He has catered events of all sizes with culturally diverse menus to match the event theme.  He has a loyal team with years of expertise serving cafe clients, corporate casual box-lunches, and formal weddings. Every event and client gets his full attention just like they are family. He strives for memorable meals that create epic nights and long-lasting memories. He lives in Washington, Missouri with his wife Gretchen Long and four daughters. You can find him sharing his love of food and entertaining with his friends and family. He likes to relax with a nice Bourbon and watching the Cardinals or Blues games whenever he can.
