Shelley has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. Her experience includes serving at Hunters Hollow, Yia Yia’s, and American Bounty Restaurant. Pat and Shelley celebrated their Work Anniversary this year with 20 years of working together. Her experience makes her a strong asset in the front and back of the house. You can find Shelley helping to make sure every event from a boxed lunch or rehearsal dinner to a large outdoor wedding is perfect. Her work is central to every meal produced. When she isn’t working, she is watching her granddaughter play soccer and throwing frisbees with her German Shepherd babies Fellina and Simone.
