It’s Time for a Great American Bounty Themed Dinner! Chef Pat started his career at this Washington Restaurant and we know how people miss the food. Meal starts with a Black Olive and Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto & Smoked Trout Spread with Crostini; a Garden Salad with Green Leaf and Spring Mix, Crosscut Carrots, Pickled Onions, Tomato, and Buttermilk Basil Dressing; Main dish of Nine-Way Pasta with Blackened Chicken, Roma Tomatoes, Scallions, and Black Olives in a Pesto Cream Sauce, with Honey Wheat Loaf; finish it off with the Warm Green Apple Cobbler with Crème Anglaise.
