Four Course Menu by Chef Pat Long at Mosaic Cafe and Catering
Appetizer: Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque with Crème Fraiche and Toasted Pepitas
Salad: Mosaic with Granny Smith Apples, Dried Cranberries, Crumbled Bleu Cheese, Red Onion, and Balsamic Vinaigrette
Entrée: Choose One of the below choices.
Grilled Beef Tenderloin Filet with Morel Mushroom Butter and Crispy Onions

Potato and Sage Encrusted Chicken with Sundried Tomato Butter
